Walked .5mi, ran 1mi, walked .25mi, ran .25mi, walked .25mi Felt good. Legs were a little heavy at the end of the 1mi run. Strong head wind on the way out. Shins were pretty tight at the end of the 1mi run. I stopped and stretched them for a second, before going into the walk. Did my push-ups and sit-ups. Couldnt quite hang w/ the sit-ups.. only got 90 instead of the 106 I was suppose to do today. Got all 80 push-ups though! Dont know when my next post will be.. dont really know when my next work-out will be either, but I should have time to get one in Friday at the latest!
