So this is day 4 of my return to running.. I did ~an hour walking w/ the dogs to warm up, we stopped often. Then 1.5mi run, followed by a  ~.75mi cool down walk.

This is also day 4 of my new "rewards" program.. Basically I've got 3 ways to earn "points" (running, walking, working out) and 3 ways to lose points (eating, sleeping, inactivity). Every Friday I can cash in points for libations at the watering hole. We'll see if this provides some extra motivation..

On an unrelated note.. anybody who has never gone and seen a Space Shuttle launch in person should 110% make a plan to go do it before the shuttle is retired in 2010!!! I just got back from 4 days at Kennedy Space Center, and it was amazing. There is no other way to describe it. It was awe inspiring. There are only 9 more chances to see it.. but you've got to do it. I can't stress enough how you have to do this!!
